I'm a publicist, wife, stepmom, equestrian, rescue dog owner and home cook. I work crazy hours so I've come up with time-saving ways to prepare fresh ingredients in simple preparations without cutting corners. In sustenance and ceremony, I savor every minute. I never use recipes. This blog is an exercise in writing it all down.
